- To define the strategy and the Roadmap of a product line/ segment

- Understanding and Tracking Market Trends and Competition Monitoring

- To visit branches and create local business plan and strategy for higher Business Banking Penetration

- Discuss business strategies / Acquisition Trends with Branch Managers / Area Managers and RBMS

- Create Promos / Products as per the channel and market requirement

- Driving central strategies and campaigns for the products

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams

- Checks and balances on the NTB portfolio to understand the portfolio behavior

- Guide/train the team on providing business banking solutions to customers across various business banking products
