Role and Responsibilities
1. Will own, manage and drive the product throughout its lifecycle
2. Work with the sales and content teams to improve ads revenues as well as devise new revenue generating products and properties
3. Work with cross functional teams to drive key business metrics such as page views, app downloads, customer engagement
4. Create Business/Product Requirement Documents with inputs from cross functional teams - sales, marketing, engineering, content - and other product managers
5. Be data oriented and be able to do deep dives to find root cause of any business fluctuations
6. Conduct user surveys, A/B testing and market research.
7. Able to make business case for new ideas and business projections based on past and current data
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
1. Should have at least one product launch, managing the full product life cycle
2. Must have worked in a customer facing digital product
3. Adept in using product management and project management tools
4. Product Management experience in a startup environment will be a plus
5. Excellent communication and articulation skills
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholders management skills
7. Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills.
8. MBA preferred, though a graduate with exceptional product management skills will also be considered
9. A pro-active hustler who finds excitement and energy in making ideas turn to reality
10. Entrepreneurs with own product startups will be highly preferred.
