Job Description: - Develop product direction, positioning and messaging in the market - Develop business cases for new products and significant product enhancements, including identification of problem, proposed solution, market sizing, sales projections, costs, execution planning/management etc. - Work with internal teams - sales, implementation, tech development, technical support, etc. - to understand market needs - Be a prioritizer while balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders - Identify, evaluate, and plan integration efforts with third party software solutions as needed - Develop and work with Product Marketing to identify and craft appropriate product positioning and marketing materials. - Plan the launch of new products and new releases and manage the implementation of the Go to Market (GTM) plan across various teams Location and Reporting: - Bengaluru/Chennai/Hyderabad - Reporting to Product Head and working closely with CEO Profile: - 5-7 years of SAAS Product (self-serve products) experience - Prior product management experience in B2B fintech will be Ideal - Passion for new technology and how it is used to develop great product - Methodical and organized; able to manage multiple opportunities, projects, and priorities concurrently - Knack for problem-solving, enjoys dissecting problems and finding the root cause and then rallying the team around a solution - Excellence in presentation, demonstration, and interpersonal communication skills - MBA / bachelor's in engineering or Finance or equivalent from top tier is a plus
