Product Manager - B2B Segment - eCommerce (9-12 yrs)

As a product manager, you will have complete ownership of the product. You will play a role of business and customer advocate internally to align the feature. Since, the role does not have any ownership of the business as such, you will have to get business /operations team's buy-in for the feature which you want to implement.

- You will build products and features for the business keeping a long term futuristic impact on the business.

- Manage multiple simultaneous programs/projects across 4 products and 5 businesses. In parallel build the product roadmap for all the product initiatives.

- You will be interacting with various roles within the organization as your day to day activities and hence, you should be able to make relevant conversations teams from warehouse, finance, business owners, logistics and order management operations, Catalog operations, development teams, Trade team and CXOs. The roles which you will interact with will be from executives to CXO level and hence, stakeholder management is a big and crucial aspect of this Role which will have impacts the success of product plans.

- Integration with 3rd Parties like Marketplaces, Logistics Partners, and Catalog vendors will be frequent. You should be able to access 3rd party Tech and align tech and process which is best for the customer, keeping both company & 3rd Party's business interests and operational challenges in mind.

- You will be seen as subject matter expert and hence you will actively provide your inputs to the business and operations team.

- You will be a leader with excellent interpersonal skills. You should be able to gain confidence of both the technical and business teams alike.

- Write the specific aspects of the job that provide a challenge (internal and external) to the jobholder in the context of the Business/Unit/Function/Department/Section (not more than 2000 characters / 20 lines).

Principal Accountability:

- System Data and interviews to bring out Process realignment, Process and feature development

- System data monitoring and build for the future

- Manage multiple parallel programs and projects and adhere to the timelines promised.

- Keep the product documents updated as much as possible with the help of the business analysts.

- Keep an eye on the industry trends through research, monitor data in the systems and have frequent interviews with operations/warehouse team to build features that solves immediate problems and feature that will prepare transition into the future state of the business/Industry

- Ensure that the developers are responding to support requests. Assess the importance and impact of the issue to follow up for closure.
