Product Manager- B2B Location: Bangalore, India Reporting to : CEO Domain: Agri-tech, FMCG, and Food You- re going to take the ownership and build the Product suites from scratch in B2B segment. This job might be for you if - You have done Engineering from IIT Engg (Elec/Mech/Chem/Automotive) - Started career at Manufacturing Sector (like Factory/FMCG/Commodity/Automotive/Elec Hardware Design/Hardware Manufacture) - At least 2 years if experience working in large scale process driven company/ Factory - Must have built products from Scratch & have converted large scale process into products. - MBA from top institutes is preferred but not mandatory Your typical day with us 1. Identify Problems, Prioritise & arrive at business goals. Abstract business process, plan roadmaps & built wireframes. 2. Document & Communicate - Create PRD, prioritize features, evangelize & align Business Owners, brief Tech Teams 3. Collaborate & create detailed solutions with Tech Team. Collaborate with functional leaders for adoption & usage. 4. Execute & own the roadmap for the product. Plan & Design launch scope and execute on-time launches. 5. Measure impact of launched products; own adoption; prioritize defects; feed insights back into product development 6. Partner with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities Qualification, Experience: - 3+ year's experience as Product Manager (B2B products/Ops/WH & Logistics/Workflow/Internal Suite preferred) - Demonstrated success defining, designing and launching excellent products (preferably in SAS/ERP products) - Technical background, with experience/knowledge basic tech stacks - Ability to abstract Business Processes into Product Suite Desired Skills: - Strong Business Acumen and ability to understand businesses processes and user requirements. - Attention to detail & highly Organised - great products are all about the details. - Excellent at Product Wireframes & PRD and explaining briefs and setting expectations to Tech Teams. - Excellent teamwork skills / Program Management / Launch Calendars. - Proven ability to influence cross - functional teams without formal authority.
