Product Manager - B2B SaaS Platform - Agri-Tech

We are Agri-Tech & well Funded Product Company. Taking Products to Global reach & looking for build fresh Product lines & Managers who can lead the efforts.

Product Manager

Responsibilities:

- End to end ownership of a product lifecycle & roadmap. Analytical mindset that makes data-informed decisions

- Work with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales to ideate improvements that address company objectives. Build business cases, pitch ideas, and gain buy-in from stakeholders

- Interact and collaborate with all stakeholders, customers, engineering, sales, and other internal teams to develop a roadmap for innovative solutions for the company that will help the company maintain its leadership position.

- Translates the user stories into specification, deliver product requirements to all stakeholders with a detailed PRD

- Prioritize development/rollout of products based on market/customers feedback.

- Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products.

- Constantly monitor the market for competing products/solutions and ensure that the company's offerings continue to be the most innovative in the market.

- Market analysis process for new products/services to determine customer needs, industry direction, competitive product and market positioning and overall product strategy

- Evaluates new product/customization viability and builds recommendations of go or no-go decision for your product. Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans

- Help balance your products long-term roadmap by prioritising with its backlog of issues and bugs

Educational qualifications & Skills

- BE/B.Tech (preferably with MBA) with 2-6 years of technical product experience (preferably in the Supply chain & logistic )

Must have

- Proven track record of bringing successful products to market on time

- Knowledge of and product development methodologies

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- High attention to detail and visual presentation
