Product Manager

What will you be doing here :

- As part of the Aura Product team, we all are equally responsible for consistently augmenting the API Friendliness, Extensibility, Horizontal Scalability, Resilience, and Throughput of our product(s), because these are the most desirable features by today's new-age banks.

- You would also be responsible for scaling up the features of the product based on the changing needs of the local and global banks.

- Work closely with Aura Director of Product, Tachyon Product Managers, Solution Architects, UX, and Engineering teams to augment and scale your line of products, and satisfy the Compliance, Risk, and Business Augmentation goals.

- Will be a part of the early product core team of Aura - an organization being built from scratch and already working with the large banks in India and other parts of the world.

Who should apply for this role :

- 4+ yrs of total experience in an engineering and/or product role2+ yrs of experience in shipping successful B2B SaaS products

- Hands-on experience building products and/or features in payments and banking is preferred as it will help you cut down the learning curve

- Strong new product design experience and a fanatical approach to customer experience.

- UI/ UX principle knowledge with deep customer focus by understanding enterprise customer behavior and analyzing data and real-world world experiences.

- Detailed oriented & very structured thinking

- Seamlessly juggle b/w roadmaps and execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Written code in your past life or understand engineering nuances very well

- High on ownership & teamwork and enjoys hustling

- Demonstrated ability of achievement in at least one of academic, professional, and personal endeavors
