Responsibilities -
- Drive the product strategy and roadmap, focusing on delivering high-performance solutions for business-critical websites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Define product requirements, create user stories, and work closely with the development team throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the product.
- Act as a product evangelist, internally and externally, by providing product knowledge, training, and support to sales and customer success teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and SaaS products.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of website design, technologies, and the ability to translate business needs into product features.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore (In-office position, 5 days a week)
