JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Take a user-centric view to understand customer needs and gather requirements, both internal and external - Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements - Develop the product strategy, go-to-market, positioning and messaging with the Product Marketing team - Identify and work closely with key external partners to ensure that our product road-map is additive - Align with key stakeholders on the product road-map and communicate proactively to share updates - Love your metrics! Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of the product and all dependents - Build consensus on the priorities of product execution to deliver on the vision - Lead the ideation, technical development, launch and continued adoption of systems you build - Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, data scientists and UX/UI designers - Engage and work closely with the Engineering team to determine the best technical implementation methods, a reasonable execution schedule and foster accountability PROFILE - 2-5 years of overall experience of which at-least 2 yrs in Product management - Prior experience of working in a technical set up is required; though hands-on coding is not expected in this role - Exposure to adtech domain is a plus - Experience of launching a product (or being part of launch team) is a plus - Prior software development experience is preferable but not mandatory - MBA preferred but not mandatory - Some statistical knowledge or passion is needed. This can be some basic SQL, R, Python skills or just a love for figuring out problems in a quantitative manner - Should be OK with short duration travel within and outside India
