Job description :

- Build and Drive Accessory and Application Business space for the brand under consideration. Responsible for populating the Product Lines, briefing research and development teams at back end and generating and executing/ delivering plans with help of Agency, Activation/Promotion and Sales teams .

- You will have full ownership to deliver accessory Business P&L- by planning and Achieving Revenue & Contribution targets in conjuction with overall AOP

- Will study consumer and market trends,insights and formulate Product (current & new platform and Accessory Line Plan in conjuction with brand strategy by outlining the role of Accessories and applications in the brand portfolio.

- Define product & Accessory Mix (Product Lines,Pricing,Placement and Promotion Plans) by identifying right markets and defining value proposition.Should be able to clearly defined Objectives that are inline with overall AOP .

- Build Monthly Operational Plans along with front end team and liason with vendors and back-end as and when required to ensure smooth functioning of day to day business.

- Review the Business, generate reports and work with different front end teams and share the plan with Marketing teams

- Develop Accessory and application Lines for each Target Segment

Experience :

- Looking for somebody with 7 to 9 years.

- Should have worked in Product Strategy Function and should have core knowledge of marketing Concepts

- Preference for individual who has experience for developing Marketing Concepts/Strategies for Semi Urban and Rural Markets.

- Ideal Profile should have experience in dealing with Independent Business and Farmer Segments in Semi Urban and Rural Markets.

- Should have Indepth Knowledge of Marketing and Business Development streams and should have experience in mapping Consumer needs and developing solutions for those needs.

- Drive to own and Deliver Results

- Engineers with a premium college MBA will be preferred.
