- Advise the business on the potential of data, to provide new insights through the use of advanced statistical analysis, data science, and data visualization techniques and to create solutions that enable enhanced business performance. The role will be required to partner closely with other team members in the Digital team as well as business stakeholders across functions. - lead digital analytics and product improvement initiatives that help in improving conversion and drive revenue growth. - Drive assessment of digital assets, determination of performance standards, benchmarks and improvement opportunities. - Partner with functional sponsors to deliver data-driven recommendations focused on improving ROI of digital spends. - Perform related analytics and reporting (data extraction, preparation, reporting, and dashboard development) as well as statistical analysis that generates insights and allows the business to interpret the results in an effective manner. Education: - Qualification - B. Tech / MBA from Tier-I institutes, Specialization in Analytics. Experience: - 5 - 7 years- experience in successful implementation of large projects in the area of Product/Customer analytics, Digital transformation, Data science in eCommerce industries - Hands-on experience in web analytics including implementation &amp; monitoring through Google Analytics - Strong track record of Delivering Conversion Rate Optimization goals through A/B testing tools like Google Optimize (for web) and Optimizely (for App) - Experience using Big data technologies for processing, analyzing large datasets - Work within strict timelines to deliver highest quality analysis of Ad-Hoc requests from internal stakeholders - Expertise in App Campaign Performance Monitoring Tools Such as Adjust and Notification Tools like CleverTap - Expertise in Managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) &amp; App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives to deliver strong Organic Traffic and Download Results
