Roles: We at Innovaccer are looking for Product Managers with enthusiastic and analytical outlook, graduating from elite colleges who are keen on driving a product line from conceptualization to development to launch. Essential Responsibilities: - Create and manage roadmap for the product: - Perform primary and secondary market research independently and/or in collaboration with other teams at Innovaccer - Work with customer success team to gather customer requirements - Work with industry leaders to verify the roadmap - Convert the roadmap into product documentations (BRD, PRD, FSD etc) working with different teams. - Collaborate with design team to create the best UI/UX for the users - Collaborate with engineering teams to create robust and disciplined Agile Sprints - Collaborate with quality teams to create, maintain and resolve issue list of the product such that the support teams can follow SLAs - Plan and manage product launches and releases by working with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams - Collaborate with the innovations team to create ROI analysis and feature improvement analysis - Create and manage product training in collaboration with technical writers and customer success teams - Travel to work with customers in US to improve product adoption and usage Background/Skills Desired: - 3 - 10 years of professional experience - 2+ years of software product management experience - Candidate should have managed a software product (or major feature) development from conceptualization to launch - Excellent teamwork track record - Should be open to 20% international travel - Should be open to work in flexible hours - Graduation / Post- Graduation from a reputed institute or equivalent experience.
