As a part of the Product team and will be leading the product for Patrons platform and responsible for all things product right from ideation to shipping features at high quality and speed and analyse the impact of the features. We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about solving high-impact problems in a fast-paced start-up environment with a high degree of autonomy. This is inherently a cross-functional role where you will work closely with our Patrons, operations, engineering, design teams to bring new products/features to life.

Responsibilities

- As part of the Product team, you will be responsible to ideate and build features and manage the product lifecycle for Patrons Platform.

- Identify success metrics and set up processes to analyse and track funnel performance using cutting-edge analytics products.

- Seek product ideas and feedback from stakeholders, gather requirements, write specifications, and help shape wireframes and workflows

- Define clear and well-scoped requirement documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences.

- Understand patrons through user actions, research, and market data and ensure laser focus on consumers during product development.

- Work with engineers and designers and ship features and product improvements

Requirements

- Proven experience of 3+ years experience in a product role delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them - you're extremely proud of what you've accomplished.

- Graduate from Tier 1 Institute or prior experience in early or growth-stage startups is preferred

- Good communication skills (both written and verbal). You will have to inspire a lot as people will look up to you for product vision.

- Ability to understand the needs of the users, translate them into features, and working with the engineering team to understand the implementation details.

- Ready to roll up sleeves to spend time designing, analysing data, setting up quality processes and guardrails, jumping into the business analysis as required
