Product Manager - Analytics - BFSI (9-15 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Serve as project lead on most types of analyses performed by the group - develop project plans and manage work efforts of supporting team members

- Assess client business and marketing challenges, as well as data assets, and recommend the most appropriate analytic methodology to meet client goals

- Track data and other issues and document client communications to ensure that client expectations are managed appropriately and deadlines are negotiated appropriately

- Handle multiple projects (2-5) concurrently

- Serve as day-to-day contact and present analytic findings with CJ account team and clients

- Write proposals for analytic projects, including task plans and anticipated impacts to present to clients and leadership

- Proven experience and technical leadership in software systems design, administration, and support

- Familiar with the design and development of large-scale applications in high-performance cloud based distributed computing environment

- Develop and execute Python/SQL/Spark/Scala/R/Tableau or related programs as needed, though typically relying on more junior resources for this work

- Provide support of pure new business development - presenting analytic capabilities and writing proposals and SOWs

- Develop an understanding of the full range of CJ's and Affiliate Marketing Industry's current analytic offerings

- A minimum of 3 years proven supervisory experience

- Responsible for direct reports - providing coaching, mentoring and professional development and ensuring adequate utilization levels.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, etc.)

- 9+ years of experience in the marketing analytics field

- Some positions require a minimum of 5 years of experience conducting digital analytics

- Proficient in SQL and (Python, Scala, or R); minimum 10 years of experience

- Strong analytic thought process and ability to synthesize and interpret findings

- Acute attention to detail (QA/QC)

- Team player with the ability to build a team, mentor, and manage junior resources

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook

- Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and resources concurrently

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good at developing relationships across cross-functional teams (including statistical, technical, and marketing resources)

- Ability to display data visually, creating powerful presentations which effectively demonstrate the value of analytic deliverables. Experience with Tableau preferred.

- Highly motivated and collaborative

- Effective organization and time management skills.

- Advanced degree (Master- s) in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or other quantitative

- Advanced degree (Master- s) in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or other quantitative discipline AWS, ec2

- Affiliate marketing experience or knowledge customer segmentation

- Experience mentoring or managing direct report(s)

- Proficient with business visualization tools (e.g., interactive dashboard software like Tableau or Power BI)

- Experience with distributed computing, such as Hadoop, Spark, or related technologies

- Experience with Databricks Notebooks, Apache Spark, and tuning Spark jobs

- Experience with website tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
