Product Manager - Alliances/ Partnerships - Insurance

The position is with reputed NBFC and they are looking for Product Manager - someone who understands Insurance product and has also done Alliances/ Partnerships

Position Offered : Mumbai

Key competence that are required for Role :

Relationship Management & Stakeholder Management:

- Strong understanding of all Insurance products - Life, Health & General Insurance

- Familiarity with Technology - Excellent verbal & written communication

- Agile & collaborative approach towards working

- Ability to analyze data points in order to arrive at actionable inferences

- Project Management

Key Roles/Responsibilities :

- Own the P&L for the Premium Financing product across all the Insurance products of Life, Health & General.

- Create delightful user experiences by building interfaces that are incredibly simple, elegant, and fun.

- Conceptualize and deliver capabilities to enable business growth, ensure process and technology are in-sync for seamless customer journeys

- Collaborate with third-party vendor to review and implement external capabilities within existing framework

- Drive adoption within internal channels with requisite stakeholders and training

- Drive launch of new products by understanding market requirements and to target specific segment

- Collaboratively define underwriting policies based on customer loan demand, market standards & organization's credit philosophy - in close coordination with Credit, Legal, Credit Policy & business teams

- Study competition best practices in order to have competitive edge

- Responsible for optimizing the partner on boarding journey, scaling-up of partner acquisition, partner engagement Initiatives & portfolio management of partnerships

- Liaise with Product Engineering teams to deliver product releases, monitor performance and deliver great customer experience.
