You Will

- Build products to automate and innovate next-gen real estate technology

- Collaborate with product owners and users to understand business and customer needs and challenges in order to articulate problem statement with utmost clarity

- Work with the Data and Engineering teams to plan, design and deliver solutions

- Work with the Product lead to manage the product backlog and own the product roadmap with the mission to deliver on the most impactful business challenges

- Identify opportunities on how we can use modern tools and methods to automate and optimize us processes and solutions. Drive the adoption of your proposed changes by influencing stakeholders and colleagues

- As the team scales, support on hiring and onboarding of new product roles

You Have

- Proven experience in building data products and solutions with practical exposure to data ingestion, de-duplication and sorting/filtering and ranking of information based on business requirements

- Exposure in working with external partners and data providers

- Strong experience in software design and development principles

- Experience in using webhooks and API, and exposure to working with data pipelines with knowledge of SQL and RDBMS

- Proven ability to work in the problem space - customer/business needs and triage/prioritize accordingly

- Developed solutions & internal tools for various strategic initiatives and BAU targeted towards maximizing the impact of our operations on the platform. Handled one or more product backlogs, and product managed conceptualizing to iterating on solutions till desired KPIs were achieved

- Worked independently and interdependently to drive product development while displaying strong stakeholder management & analytical skills in order to deliver on the product vision

- Produced and reviewed product requirements documents (PRD) and relevant documentation through the product lifecycle.

- Worked with and led a team of designers, data analysts, and engineers, and where required, coordinate with product marketing, validation of business and technical solutions, ensure operational readiness on project delivery and training of operational staff to create amazing user experiences
