- Graduate in any discipline with MBA in Marketing
- With atleast 3-5 years work experience (sales & marketing) in the lifestyle or consumer goods industry. At least 2-3 years experience in field sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong product knowledge & sense for aesthetics
An ideas person :
- Should be good with analyzing numbers
- Should like to travel into markets & work closely with sales team/retailers in the field.
- Attitudinal fit with the youth category/brand & enthusiasm & drive experience in this segment will an added advantage
- Should be capable of independently taking over the product management.
