Responsibilities of the role: - To scale up Brand direct business by focusing on ROI beyond awareness & clicks - Responsible for Product Strategy of Moca Mobile and increase the profitability of existing products to developing new products. - Responsible for client solutions and sales to identify market needs, develop the roadmap for enhancing programmatic integrations in coordination product management leadership, and coordinate with product colleagues on executing the development of new functionality for supporting DSP partners - Develop product requirements that address the market and business needs for highly scalable dynamic creative ad - serving tools based on customer feedback, market analysis, and the platform's vision and roadmap. What are we looking for : - Over 3 + years of experience working on an ad - tech platform (DSP, SSP, Ad - Server, Audience Data Provider, etc.) on the product or ad - operations side. - Ability to discuss both business and technical value to partners, customers, internal stakeholders, and engineers. Strong background in ad - exchange mechanics, ad -serving and DSP bidding t echnologies. - Digital advertising or media (programmatic experience a plus)- - Familiarity with technical aspects of digital advertising, ideally mobile and/or mobile advertising . - A consistent record of leading a program from conception through completion, demo nstrating multi - functional skills to make it successful - Ability to demonstrate problem solving of complex technical systems. - Proven success collaborating with cross - functional teams including senior management, external stakeholders, engineering, and client solutions. - Passionate and knowledgeable about new and emerging mobile and digital media and its technology - Drive to succeed in a fast - paced, results - oriented startup environment. - Ad - Tech experience preferred. What will you need: - A strong bias for action. Willingness to dot the i's and cross the t's to make product successful - 2 + years in product management in online advertising, e - commerce, mobile or equivalent industries - Ability to formulate a clear point - of - view on hard and ambiguous problems, and execute on the same - Solid organization and project management skills with ability to multi - task and manage multiple projects in cross functional global environment
