KRA's

- Formulating Marketing and Brand strategies for new & existing products

- Increasing the market share of products through planning, executing and monitoring strategies

- Market analysis, competition mapping & conducting market research to identify new opportunities, threats & critical issues

- Developing marketing plan for new products, brand extensions & launch execution

- Continuous Knowledge updation and collation of KOLs and key markets

- Strengthening brand awareness through conference & workshops

- Analysing regional performance vi-a-vis targets

- Initiating advertising agency brief , co ordinating with the agencies for creation of effective brand communication.

- Candidate must have demonstrable experience of at least 4years in Product Management Team (PMT) and 2
Years as Product Manager /GPM

- Must possess excellent communication skills, analytical and creative thinking.
