Looking for a Product Leader for an e-commerce giant with following traits: Responsibilities : - Manage the entire life cycle from inception to launch for a suite of engagement products. - Understand and articulate customer needs, conduct on-going customer research, leverage internal knowledge and expertise, and prioritize market requirements. - Lead a team of product managers, content editors and marketing managers who together define and shape the customer experience, delivering new features and products to customers - Be a passionate advocate for the customer; provide the voice of the customer. - Inspire the team with the product vision, and work cross-functionally and bring the product to life. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners - Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on leadership's strategy and vision - Write PRD, and/or BRD, and define use cases, features, and KPIs. - Create the business case. Determine the product cost and go to market strategy. - Partner with analytics teams to create a measurement and attribution framework for every engagement product. - Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals. You (Must Haves) : - Bachelor's or equivalent degree required; top-tier MBA strongly preferred - 7+ years experience in Product management across Payments, Ecommerce, Internet domains. - Possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Deep Understanding of customers- needs and aspirations. - Ability to understand and talk technology; Passionate about technology - pro activeness in developing understanding of various applications of technology; have used technology to solve business problems; - Demonstrated leadership experience and effective coaching skills for high-potential talent - Demonstrated experience managing and growing a P&L and maximizing growth You (Nice to Haves) : - Your acumen to guide our goals through roadmaps and define new product features and strategies. - The benign nature with which you gel with other platform teams when you are working on cross-functional initiatives, to drive and implement the product idea you defined and see them to their ultimate delivery. - The spirit of flying high above the chaotic, fast moving environment because high personal productivity is your nirvana. - Your brilliance in communication - for it is your crafted rhymes which will open the window of opportunities for our business. - Strong data-driven analytical skills and be able to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and have a track record of building successful teams.
