Product Leader - Conferences / Events (Media Publishing Firm) 1. Position Summary - As a product leader in the conference team, you are responsible for conceptualizing the complete experience of learning, networking and value creation for speakers, delegates and partners. - Product Leaders create and execute amazing event products that inspire, energize and aspire to make our community of HR professionals more impactful to their business. - As a product leader, you would have the opportunity to conceptualize the conference agenda, identify amazing speakers &amp; curate learning outcomes; you would be responsible to operationalize that experience in terms of formats, breakups, speakers, chairs and facilitators from the industry. Finally, you will also lead the implementation of the plan, working very closely with the sales, delegate, operations, production, editorial and finance teams. 2. Performance Objectives (9 months - 1 Year) - You will be responsible for scaling up one or two current event projects in India (specific project/s to be finalized based on the candidate experience). - You will conceptualize &amp; curate an agenda and speakers that raise the bar in line with the brand promise. - You will be responsible for delegate strategy to address both B2C revenue and right targeting of delegates from agenda perspective (CHRO or Functional Leaders across top companies in targeted countries) - You will work very closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations to produce all financial and non-financial outcomes of the event. 3. What kind of skills you would need to demonstrate for this role - You would need to bring experience in conceptualizing new products - conference products, learning products or any content related products to be delivered to a community to consume. - You would need to bring experience in breaking down ideas to execution plans - proficiency in project management, stakeholder management and solution orientation. - You would require an inclination &amp; passion for the space of people &amp; work.
