Product Lead/Product Owner/Product Manager - Banking/FinTech Sector (7-9 yrs)
You would be doing extensive research, strategizing and developing products from the scratch. As Product-lead growth is driven by data analysis, you would be the key member of cross-functional product development teams that typically includes various segments of the organisation. You would be required to interpret marketing trends and liaise with different members of the development team to drive projects forward and take the existing product/s to new heights.
Product Lead Qualifications and Experience
Mandatory:
- Bachelor of Technology degree
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in core product development.
Good to Have:
- Experience in Banking or Fintech Sector
- Zero to one experience
Product Lead Customer Focus
- A product lead apart from spearheading the product must also have an idea in the marketing side of things, who understanding customer needs and envisions products that will appeal to the target audience.
- Hence you would be expected to carry out extensive research to identify unmet needs that new or improved products can fulfil.
Project Management Skills :
- Project management skills are essential to bring product development programs to a successful conclusion - on time and within budget.
