Position - Product Lead - Mortgages

Grade - AVP

Locations: BKC Mumbai

Primary Responsibilities :

1. The candidate will spearhead the new product development process.

2. Campaign and Channel management: working with sales team, MIS, programs, motivation. Looking for energy for this

3. Portfolio understanding : basics of Mortgages. LTV, FOIR, Yield, should be aware. Hands on for data (excel) and presentation (ppt)

4. Regulatory : understanding of PSL, PMAY, URC, and other Mortgages related compliance matters. Familiar with NHB and RBI circulars

5. Digital : understanding of Ui Ux, journeys, worked on enhancing customer delight, improving TAT.
