Job Description:

- The role holder will be responsible for leading the product strategy, discussions and ideation sessions with business leaders for relevant business verticals

Our client is the world's largest MNC in the logistics space looking to grow its digital solutions team in India

Description :

- Converse with business stakeholders to strategically plan the product lifecycle for ecommerce/logistics businesses
- Work and mentor Product managers to understand the depth of problem statements, provide innovative solutions and co-own the goals and vision

- Liaise with marketing and communications team to analysize the metrics and create product positioning collateral making it easier for end customers to adopt the benefits

- Core member leading the team to deliver the right product charter
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making, while also developing key stakeholder relationships in various locations

Profile :

- BE/B.Tech/MBA with 12-15 years of product management work experience
- Mandatory experience in technology companies with background in international trade, ecommerce, logistics & fintech
- Problem solving ability, multi-tasker, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and articulation ability

- Strong leadership and analytical skills

- An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment is crucial
