Product Lead - Home Loan

Hiring again for one of my banking client

The role entails scaling up the Home Loan lending business by implementing strategies to expand the existing products, channels, segments and customer base by delivering banking needs to the customers in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner.

1. It includes building up teams, systems, process and culture amenable to the scale and consistency of delivery.

2. Guide distribution of Home Loan ensuring volume scale-up as per the defined targets

3. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration via digital medium

4. Support the Product team in Business Loan category to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth

5. Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the assigned area

6. Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high quality customer service

7. Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.

8. Role will closely collaborate with Retail team - Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, BIU for same.

Education : B.tech (full time)

Experience : 7+ years

Location : Mumbai.
