Company : A leading private sector bank Role: Product Lead - Govt & Institutional Business Location: Mumbai - To provide business inputs to the GIB Channel & senior management on the Government Business Portfolio: NAV, CIB, Numbers, Inc Val, ATS - Developing a product proposition and Solution for Government Business - Opportunity sizing at state level and tracking the same for Government business. - Budgeting the opportunity Government business - To provide direction to all channels by releasing regular updates on the Government business - Account sourcing by highlighting the contribution of all channels, trends in sourcing, segment-wise sourcing patterns, segregation between Government business etc - Identify segments from existing data that have high ATS and share the success of channels/zones that have sourced these segments - Identify top & bottom performing branches/cluster or zones with low ATS - Liasioning with the BTG, Vendor, Solution Team for Solution both at State level, - Liasioning with Central Team where ever Mandates / LOR required - Close co ordination with the Central Team, GIB Channel, Process Team, Marketing Team - Help channels customize deals/ accounts by reviewing the profitability of each deal, and guide branches accordingly. - Making customized offers & presentation for Government business - Liaising with marketing to get translations for offer letter in regional languages as when required. - Management of the Govt Portal ( Sub Folder) for government business - Regular update on the content in the Govt portal . - All PPT, Offers letters and Mandates needs to updated. - Study competition Offering in each segment - Development of Marketing Collaterals for Channels/Customer communication - Development of Training Content - Spreading awareness of the product & its value proposition among channels by conducting training of all channels - Development of Collaterals to aid visibility / drive activities by various channels. Involves finalization of creative, content, layout, quantities required, Stationery Codes and obtaining cost approvals. - Revision of Brochures / Services & Fees Leaflets / Other Communication Material for customer communication We are looking for candidates having relevant experience of 8 to 12 years.
