Product Lead - FinTech Startup

The payment team empowers sellers to accept payments in a simple, fast, and elegant way. You will work on improving customer engagement across mobile and desktop by driving product initiatives from inception through execution. In this role you will collaborate closely with your product designer, engineers, analyst, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our products amaze and delight our users.

The job description includes but does not limit to:

- Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short- and long-term goals. You will be responsible for outlining entire roadmaps and project requirements, goals, and constraints.

- Help shape and drive the strategy for Payments

- Collaborate cross-functionally with: Engineering, Design, Data Science Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams

- Represent the team in communication with cross functional teams

Qualifications

You have:

- Experience: 7-12 years of product management responsibilities. Atleast 2 years of experience in working for a Payment Aggregator or Payment Gateway on the core product.

- Analytics: Leverage data to make informed decisions that can be clearly articulated.

- Leadership: You will be the point person for an entire product area. You will be responsible for continually evolving and representing your defined strategies and initiatives

- Efficiency: Excellent organization and prioritization skills

- Collaboration: Track record of delivering results with cross-functional teams

- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You're a self-starter and get things across the finish line

- Hustle: You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Bonus points if you've worked at a rapidly growing startup.
