About the Client :

Our client in Indian retail conglomerate which is setting up tech driven brand co-creation platform that transforms powerful ideas into authentic, profitable and experience-led brands that will define the future of brands in fashion, beauty, food and home decor space.

We are looking to hire a Product lead who will be responsible for all the consumer care brands on the platform.

Job Description: What would you be doing?

Website & technology:

- Define and detail user journeys for new features, and take ownership to deliver these features

- Track analytics and suggest website improvements for a better user experience

- Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage

- Make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rate, bounce rate, and key online metrics

- Design wireframes, work with designers to develop visual designs, and work with engineering manager to deliver a smooth user experience

Inventory:

- Work with business & operations team to ensure inventory availability

- Daily Monitoring of website for discrepancies in inventory, find out root cause of the problem and fix the same

Sales & Reporting:

- Create and update a weekly dashboard to track sales performance

- Work with SSC team to resolve customer issues and complete the sale

- Work with Warehouse team to maintain the delivery promise

Product & Content Management:

- Work with category team to induct new products

- Daily monitor the website for discrepancies in product content, filter facets, and images

Requirements:

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM:

- 5-7 years experience in digital commerce or payments and understanding of the retail eco-system. The experience in D2C brands would be preferred

- Your passion for technology - pro-active in understanding and developing various applications, must have used technology to solve business problems.

- Knowledge in developing elegant and simple feature functionalities which deliver the world-class user experience

- Good learnability and adopt technologies that help build large-scale, performance, reliable and sustainable systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills, identify feasible alternatives and freeze on the optimal solution to remove friction points

- Your ability to work in fuzzy environments
