Product Lead - B2B/B2C

About the Client :

They are building the most advanced In-app Experience Platform in the world. With our no-code in-app experience design, targeting, and experimentation capabilities, product teams and marketing teams all around the world can exponentially improve how users experience their mobile products. It will supercharge their Product-led-growth efforts.

We are looking for a product lead to own the entire product platform, drive its growth, and build out a stellar product team.

What you will do :

- Lead and own the entire product roadmap of our flagship product, cloud platform

- Execute deep customer and market research, use the insights to shape product strategy

- Work closely with the design, engineering, and marketing teams to conceptualise, build, test, and ship product features

- Create detailed quarterly and annual plans to give long-term product visibility to the design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams

- Define KPIs and ensure the product enables measurement.

- Aid the design and engineering team in creating great product experiences by writing high-quality PRDs (sometimes wireframes)

- Build momentum and predictability in the product development process

- Build the product team for the growth phase

What we are looking in you :

Product Lead :

- 5- years of exp in product management in tech product companies (consumer or enterprise). 

- You should have shipped successful products or key features before.

- Ability to break down complex, unstructured problems & create simple structured solutions.

- First-principle thinking

- High affinity towards design-process including user-research, and rapid prototyping

- Very strong communication skills
