Product Innovation Manager - Candidates with excellent knowledge in technology &amp; consumer products, with a Masters in innovation/ Business Administration or relevant education are invited to apply for this position. - Product Manager will play a critical role in owning the entire product Life Cycle, right from planning to execution. - The incumbent will be responsible for creating a world class platform, improving customer adoption and satisfaction and has the complete ownership of the product road map and development plans. - Product manager are our evangelists - they are responsible for articulating the products- vision to customers, partners, analysts and internal stakeholders. Job Responsibilities - Be the internal and external evangelist for the product. - Manage the entire product life cycle from planning to execution. - Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas for the digital platform that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. - Build product/platform vision collaborating with all the stakeholders. - Develop product/ platform positioning strategies based on understanding of customer experience. - Translate product /platform strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact - Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources. Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and articulate the customer requirements and market requirements in to a logically sequenced and optimised product roadmap. - Work with product design team to do user testing and analyse the feedback to enhance the overall user experience of the product - Drive platform launches working with public relations team, executives, and other product team members - Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services - Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. - Work with Product Development teams to ensure that they understand product requirements, business needs and actively participate in providing any needed guidance and clarification in a timely manner CANDIDATE PROFILE - 2 to 5 years experience in product management and building digital innovative products/ platforms with teams. - Understanding and experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle - Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management - Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies - Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job - Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to different stakeholders. - Ability to take ownership and successfully deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Exceptional customer focus and knowledge of user research methods. - Wireframes - User story creation - Should be able to conceptualise/ visualise and articulate product ideas
