JD: Product Manager : Warehouse/Delivery Operations

Position Objective:

At the heart of Otipy are its warehouse and delivery operations. These have been specifically designed keeping in mind that fresh produce spends minimum time at the warehouse and reaches its consumers quickly. At our warehouse, we make sure that QC, Packing, Picking and Dispatch all work like an assembly line with the power of technology.

The roles involves :

- Owning our warehouse and delivery technology

- Working closely with the warehouse, operations, sourcing and production planning teams, understanding their processes and working with them to develop processes for better and consistent delivery to resellers / consumers.

- Solutioning software as per the business needs and working the UX, Design and Tech teams to get the solutions implemented.

- Driving business metrics to their targets basis the processes and tech implemented

- Person needs to be an engineer and preferably, an MBA

Responsibilities :

- Own the division objectives, strategies, outcomes and drive business metrics.

- Create features across products that increase efficiency and accuracy of the warehouse / delivery operations

- Maintain communication among and between stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment of vision & implementation

- Develop and maintain technical product roadmaps, enable prioritization of technical product features amongst stakeholders

- Willingness to go deep and on the ground into warehouse and delivery operations to understand problems and come up with solutions.

- Anticipate and mitigate roadblocks and barriers to development.

- Building Efficient Supply Chain network

- Managing a team to achieve desired results
