Job Description :

- Heading TW Product development & Monitoring at country level

- Building new team across the country for direct sourcing of TW

- Formulation of Strategy and Implementation through the team

- Development of Policies and Procedures and implementation through SOPs.

- System development through consultants and vendors for timely implementation of digital initiatives

- Leading the tie-ups with leading retailers in the country for funding of related businesses through designing and development of TW products, review and modification of the existing products, working closely with cross functional team for implementing new business initiatives, forecasting and budgeting of the loan portfolio and development of strategies for achieving the same.

- Review BRD,FSD & test scenarios, carrying out testing, branch training, post production support.

- Work closely with business, PDG, IT & vendor of new products getting launched & enhancement in existing system used.

- Coordinating with risk & compliance to get SOPs approved.
