- Product planning and regular analysis
- Planning various activities associated with ensuring that a product is delivered that meets users- needs
- Growth in Business because of enhancements of the product programs and Incubation of new variants/ schemes
- Maintain an ideal mix of sourcing channel, spread, and granularity
- Growth in business by enabling new processes and streamlining of the existing process for ease of doing business
- Maintaining the quality of a portfolio
- Periodically update organization on new business movements in the market and Take corrective & preventive action
- Timely Release of Business Update from all channels and share concern areas with actionable
- Providing or enabling training sessions for sales force
- Experience in product development and management in a peer Bank / NBFC would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge about Industry and Market conditions.
- Good communication and negotiation skills with an ability to influence and drive outcomes.
- Good networking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
