Product Head - SME & Emerging Markets - NBFC (7-25 yrs)
Our client is amongst India's top 5 NBFC and is looking for Head - Products SME and Emerging Businesses.
This is an urgent requirement
Job Purpose:
- To create a strategic blueprint for the design of innovative products, processes and related interventions backed by strong business analytics and insights on market needs and competitive opportunities available across various business segments
- To expand existing products to build a comprehensive lending product range to service the funding requirements of institutional and mass customers and liaisoning with other lenders and product manufacturers
- To create standardized, robust and saleable processes and constantly evolve them in line with changing business and environmental needs
- To drive cross sell and ensure effective utilization of various channels
- To support on specific strategic initiatives by way of research, presentations, analytics and market intelligence, with regard to business expansion and growth plans
- To liaison with the channel partners and 3rd party distributors for tie ups and engage with other agencies to manage the smooth execution of sales processes & better customer engagement for the lending product
- To create standardized, robust and saleable processes and constantly evolve them in line with changing business and environmental needs
Proposed Structure of reporting Matrix:
- The span of control pans out into managing Product managers and supporting the sales team .
CTC: Upto 50 lacs.
