We have very urgent position in one of Semi-Durable / fashion / accessories organization across the following location -
BASE LOCATION - Mumbai
OFFERED CTC - (negotiable) + incentives ; depending upon current CTC.
POSITION - Product Head

SPAN OF CONTROL - pan India ; Corporate profile
INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE :-
Will be taking care of 4Ps : Planning, pricing, placement, promotion.
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization's product development, marketing communications and public relations activities, both external and internal communication.
Product Development.
- Responsible for new product marketing plans for product introductions.
- Oversee product management including market and customer research for market and product requirements, interface with product development, product pricing and product lifecycle management.
- Strategic planning including corporate positioning market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related product positioning.
Topline Sales
- Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface with Sales Head for lead tracking and management.
- Work closely with Sales Head to develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs.
- Oversee product marketing including product launch management, sales training, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support.
- Maintain a healthy Gross Margin & EBIT for the India & Middle Market.
Campaign Execution, Digital & PR
- Oversee product launches through effective ATL & BTL activities.
- Oversee internal and external communication and media work.
- Responsible for creating a digital presence for the organization through effective mediums.
Category Management
- Develop competitive & sustainable category strategy for profitable growth.
- Create the framework for smooth functioning of the category to attain maximum merchandising efficiency
- Cultivate vendor support & engagement with the business to achieve sustainable margin & sales growth.
- Ensure all market conditions for upcoming season are assessed by category & optimized (supply, quality, pricing)
Miscellaneous
- Develop and manage the Company's entire marketing budget.
- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
- Participate with the senior management team to plan & formulate organisational strategies.
REQUIREMENTS :
Education
MBA in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4 years marketing experience in competitive industries with experience in senior management programs.
- Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through example.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team oriented environment.
Mobility/Travel
Travel involved.
