Product Head - Secured Business - BFSI (15-20 yrs)
About the job:
For a cutting edge and dynamic Small Finance Bank, we are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Product Head-Secured Business to oversee and lead the Secured Business product portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy to drive growth and profitability in secured lending products primarily consisting of Wheels/Auto loans business, Two-wheeler business, Construction Equipment and Commercial Vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy for Secured Business products, aligning it with the bank's overall business goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use this information to manage the various products.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including conceptualization, design, pricing, and launch of secured lending products such as business loans secured by assets.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize the product offering.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing product team, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- 15+ years proven experience in product management within the banking industry, with a focus on secured lending products is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience with credit risk assessment and management.
- Familiarity with financial technology and digital banking trends.
