Job Description : It is a Product PR Head role that would oversee and handle the PR for the organisation from the product perspective.

Client Details :

Our client is a global organisation with a deep footprint in India. They have been growing form strength to strength in the consumer space and with innovative strategies around sales and marketing, they have been one of the biggest names in the global market. They are looking for a Product PR Head who would be overseeing the media and public relations for the product portfolio. This role would cut across all categories within the organisation.

Description :

The Product PR head would report into the CMO and be responsible for the following :

- Set objectives for the PR team and monitor team members' performance

- Maximize brand presence on various channels (e.g. web, TV and social media)

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media and influential professionals

- Arrange interviews and press releases to promote our company and its products/services

- Ensure brand consistency in all advertising efforts - Organize PR events to increase awareness of our company

- Assign tasks and projects to the PR team

- Track and influence media coverage

- Report on PR campaign results

- Manage sensitive issues to maintain company's good reputation

Profile :

The successful candidate should :

- Should be an avid PR specialist with 12+ years of experience in concrete PR and media management for a product portfolio

- Should be well equipped to develop and deliver well thought out communication plans

- Should have an end to end understanding of the marketing mix involved towards brand communication

- Prior experience in an agency set up is good to have

- Should be a go getter and a team player
