Product Head - Paper & Packaging Industry

Job Brief :

We are searching for an experienced Product Head who is passionate about building products that customers love. The candidate will be working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create a customer-centric product line

- Identify products & suppliers

- Coordination with the product development team

- Product testing & assurance

Role Profile

- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on the products and suggest as per their requirements

- Understanding of pulp, polymers, and papers technical aspects and its applications

- Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to improve the customer experience and drive growth

- Translate the Product Strategy into detailed requirements.

- Handling of customers technical issues and provide long term resolutions while working with the manufacturing partners

- Work closely with the design team to convert the customer requirement into the product.

- Identify the supplier for the designed products

- Responsible for the product testing and assure as per the quality parameters

Person Profile :

- Keen on environmental change

- Graduates/postgraduates with 5-6 years of experience in the Packaging industry, product development or an innovation company. Educational background from IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging) will be added advantage.

- Age group - upto 35 years

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships

- Good listening skills

- Inquisitive & curious nature

- Processes & technical understanding

- Good Coordinating skills
