Product Head - MSME - NBFC

- Responsible for carrying out the business planning and budgeting exercise for MSME finance vertical.

- Assuming overall responsibility for the P&L and AUM targets of the MSME Finance vertical and ensuring business growth in a profitable manner with sound quality.

- Cascading of responsibilities across various functions within the MSME finance vertical

- Conceptualizing the offerings under MSME financing and oversee development of associated policies

- To review and evaluate performance to ensure that the companies offerings are differentiated, pricing is competitive, value proposition is compelling and customer-centric

- Identify new business opportunities and enable the companies leadership for making decisions related to investment, M&A, etc.

- Develop, on-board and nurture new corporate relationships & strategic partnerships

- Act as a liaison with all support functions including HR and IT to ensure smooth functioning of MSME finance vertical

- Responsible for channel strategy for the MSME finance division including decision making regarding geographic expansion of MSME lending focused branches.

- Responsible for ensuring building of teams and capability across product & policy design, sourcing, underwriting, operations and collections functions.

- Responsible for ensuring that necessary systems and processes are in place and adhered to, across all functions.

- Leverage technology to drive innovative and cost effective operating models and deliver superior customer experience

- Regular monitoring, review and analysis of performance and policies (especially risk related policies) to ensure business objectives are met.

- Oversee marketing efforts of MSME finance to ensure adequate visibility and positive perception among customers

Candidate Requirement:

Post Graduate / MBA

- 11+ years of experience in Sales / Collections / Credit function (cross-functional experience would be preferable)

- Managed a business size > INR 2000 Crores in a large PSU/Private sector bank/NBFC
