This requirement is with one of the sequoia backed start up based out of Gurgaon. - Build &amp; Manage a portfolio of disruptive &amp; competitive personal care products What will you be doing : 1. Create a roadmap to launch personal care products keeping brand consumer positioning, market size, competition &amp; existing portfolio in light 2. Plan the key elements of each product category: name, purpose, variants, star ingredients, size, price, cost &amp; packaging 3. Lead a team of scientists &amp; chemists to identify ingredient grades &amp; define quality guidelines for their sourcing 4. Lead the team to roll out final products &amp; define manufacturing and machine guidelines for the same 5. Own the entire product lifecycle including multi-phase testing, insight gathering, formula alteration, small scale production setup to large scale production setup 6. Work with Brand &amp; Creative team to design packaging &amp; with Procurement team to source the same Skill sets : 1. A quick &amp; structural thinker with strong analytical skills 2. Creative bent of mind to be able to ideate differentiated products 3. Has high standards of quality 4. Obsessed with customer delight 5. Strong understanding of behavioural psychology either self learnt or on the job 6. Deep interest &amp; knowledge of the Indian beauty &amp; personal care market 7. Strong interest in nutrition, medicine, healing &amp; chemistry 8. 4-9 years of experience in consumer goods or services with minimum 2 years exposure to business /marketing strategy 9. Adept at managing teams
