One of the biggest Private Sector Bank is looking for candidates for Product Head - Loan against Securities (LAS) & Overdraft against fixed deposits (ODFD) at their Corporate Office at Mumbai.

Grade : Upto Vice President

Job Description :

The LAS & ODFD Product Head will be responsible for product and portfolio management including development and implementation of product strategy and P&L management. The individual should have relevant product management work experience including new product development and launch, designing product promotion, driving portfolio utilization and active portfolio management.

Role Accountability:

Product and Portfolio management :

- Strategy formulation for Loan against Securities and ODFD aligned to overall Retail Banking strategy

- Analyze competitive landscape to identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the business profitably

- Launch new product/variants in line with the business strategy

- Manage day to day functioning of LAS and ODFD business

- Drive and manage all P&L metrics for LAS and ODFD portfolio

- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Policy, Credit, Operations, IT, Audit and Compliance on various product related aspects such as processes, risk reviews, sales channel management

- Launch new partnerships/ strategic alliances for the product and drive meaningful volumes

- Address all audit related queries and implementing relevant recommendations in a timely manner

- Roll-out campaigns with marketing for various channels to drive new acquisitions and portfolio utilization
