Product Head - Loan Against Property - Housing Finance (4-10 yrs)
Product Head-Loan Against Property (LAP)-Leading Housing Finance Company
Job Brief: A leading housing finance company is looking for a seasoned resource in the designation of "Product Head-Loan Against Property (LAP)"
Reporting To: Head Product-Retail Products
CTC Budget: 40 LPA including 15% variables
Job Purpose: To lead Product Management and innovation for our secured portfolio of loan offerings.
Key responsibilities:
- Benchmark secured lending products and policies with the competition on a regular basis and publish dashboards
- Define and manage the Product Strategy and roadmap for secure products
- Generate feedback/ insights from the business MIS, Customers/ Partners and frontline teams on current products and future needs through Focused Group discussions, surveys and interviews
- Design, develop new products/policies, make changes in current policies based on feedback and insights generated
- Create products and/ or features in line with expectations of developers and channel partners
- Ensure that required product notes, documentation and brand stationary is designed and closed with the required stakeholders Legal, risk, compliance etc.
- Provide the system requirements for the product and do the system testing for the products prior to launch
- Train the sales team on the Product features, documentation and product stationary
- Should be able to draw and understand P&L for Products managed
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA / CA or any Postgraduate
- 4+ years of Product development experience in Loan Against Property/Loan- O.D. products / Home loans / Affordable Secured Loans
- Is currently working in real estate space and has experience in BFSI in lending products
