Job Description :
- Program manage all liability and third party products deployment and business through rural branch network
- Be the person responsible to customize the liability offering in rural markets based on ground feedback and market potential
- Manage a team of 2 to 3 Program Managers
- Oversee product life cycle
- Customer segmentation and assessment of their needs
- Drive adoption and penetration of existing products through deepening of existing markets
- Ensure training and understanding of the product by sales force across the country
- Be the Single point of contact for any queries that branch staff may have regarding liability and third party products
- Product Management: Overseeing and guiding team on developing on - going market insight, identify sector trends. Evaluate competitors and offerings. Compare competitive products. Configure product SWOT & uncover opportunities.
- Process Streamlining: Customization/digitalization in the process
- Product Sales Support: Devising training module, imparting training to various team co-ordination with various support vertical etc.
- Stakeholders - ops, tech, risk, compliance, legal, Operational Risk
- Regulatory compliance adherence and advisory at all times
Key Skills:
- In depth understanding of Liabilities Products; preference to candidates to understand Rural Market nuances of Liabilities
