Product Head - Lending - FinTech Startup (11-30 yrs)
Hiring for Product Head Lending (VP/ SR. VP OR CXO Level) for leading fintech start up based in Noida, it's a multi-VC funded firm.

Roles & Responsibility :
- Focus on automating and optimizing various product lines and monitoring P&L for the digital lending vertical, identifying new business opportunities and establishing new digital lending set-ups.
- Responsible for Digitization/automation of the entire customer journey from sourcing to disbursement.
- Build and execute the roadmap for Digital Lending for various products, determine optimum pricing of products and services, and drive multiple teams toward a common outcome.
- Leading end-to-end Lender Partnerships to build and maintain supply and lead the commercial negotiations, contract closures, integration, lending ops, business planning and asset liability management.
- Understanding of regulatory framework around digital customer acquisition, lending, KYC etc.
- Understanding of technology for creating customer centric API based lending programs.
- Leading all the commercial, integration and legal discussions with the merchants and ensure smooth business operations.
- Focusing on revenue and profitability for the company while maintaining a clear line of sight on the growth trajectory.
