Product Head - KYC & Compliance - Bank

Hiring for the role of Product Head_Process, KYC & Compliance design in retail liability segment of a leading bank.

Product: Current account and TASC

Job Purpose:

- Manage Process, KYC & Compliance function for Current account and TASC product for Retail Liabilities segment

- Lead team of individuals to manage Current account & TASC product-related, process, KYC & compliance requirement

- Design SoP and process w.r.t. account opening, servicing and other regulatory compliance

- Work with compliance and business team to facilitate re-kyc and other such customer actions

- Resolve and respond to branch queries, exception requirements w.r.t. account opening and account servicing

- Work closely with Rural, BBG & GBG team to design and streamline processes for their segment of customers for current accounts

- Work in coordination with branch control team to design branch proceses pertaining to CA & TASC product"
