HEAD OF PRODUCTS - LEADING INTERNET/ E-COMMERCE ORGANIZATION - 7-14 YRS - MUMBAI

- Inspire and develop the product development organization

- Define vision and strategy, own product roadmaps for product portfolio based upon market-driven data

- Define Go to Market Strategy, channels to collect customer feedbacks and achieve goals based on performance and revenue

- Lead cross functional teams to evangelize a core engine which can provide service across various applications and processes while reducing complexities, costs, time and efforts and increasing cohesion, reliability and consistency across the board.

- Deliver versatile components including products, processes, services and applications that allows multiple business units to fabricate customized solutions for themselves

- Work in agile environment with the data science and engineering teams for product creation

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

- 8-14 Yrs experience in Internet/ E-Commerce organizations

- Experience of managing other product managers of at least 2-3 Yrs

- Amalgamation of experience in product management, analytics, product marketing and technology with deep understanding of customer requirements

- Experience in setting strategic direction, defining goals, KPIs and results

- Proven ability of partnering with analytics and engineering teams

- Less than 7 Yrs experience or more than 14 Yrs

- Individual Contributors or team management experience less than 2-3 yrs.

- Non Internet/ E-Commerce experience

- Business Analysts

- Category Managers/ Buying/ Selling/ Merchandising

- Product Managers for Banking products

- Supply Chain Managers/ Operations Managers

- Marketing Managers/ Digital Marketing Managers

- Brand Managers/ Account Managers/ Project Managers

- IT Product Managers (e.g. Cloud Product Manager, Data Lake, etc.)

- Educational qualifications other than B.E./ B.Tech. + MBA (Preferred)

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- B.E./ B.Tech. (MANDATORY) + MBA(Preferred)
