Product Head - Insurance Firm

- To drive product innovation with Insurance partners to design and launch market leading Insurance products for distribution.

- To design and implement process for sourcing Insurance policies both for face to face and digital platforms.

- To drive Global technology project for enhancing the Insurance business

- To manage the Life & General insurance P&L and achieve the Insurance volume and revenue budgets for the year.

- To build and manage budget and other planning requirements of the business

- To increase frontline activation

- To increase penetration of the Insurance products amongst customers.

- To implement digital initiatives of the bank - e-submissions, online DIY etc

- To develop product catering to chosen customer segments

- To enhance process as part of continues improvement.

- Business development initiatives to activate new channels and segments

- To improve renewal persistency

- To manage various reporting including financial reportings, Sales MIS, contest and Campaigns

- To Drive the training plan and train frontline on products and processes.

- To work closely with Channels and Segments to integrate the insurance process and products in relevant segments.

- To manage the Business partnership with the Life & General insurance provider in India.
