- Design,Develop and Launch of HL Product.

- Prepare and Implement location specific policies to meet the need of HL business.

- Preparing HL business plan and product program.

- Design a subvention scheme for builders to increase retail home loan business penetration.

- Launch of promotion schemes for Internal and external customers.

- Design and implement marketing plan to launch Home Finance Business which includes advertisements in print and outdoor media, promotion activities & publicity campaigns with builders, participation in property exhibitions.

- MIS & Analytics work to track key business parameters

- Conceptualize and launch Customer and Channel Loyalty program for Hl customers and channel partners.

- Responsible of key business processes and policies.
