Product Head - Home Loan & LAP (15-20 yrs)
About the job:
Job Description: For a cutting edge, dynamic and fast rising small finance bank we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Head to lead the Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy for Home Loans and LAP, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, assess customer preferences, and stay updated on industry developments.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including defining product features, pricing, and underwriting criteria.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless product execution and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and drive improvements.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for product development, incentives, and other related activities.
Qualifications:
- 15 years proven experience in product management with HFCs/NBFCs/Banks in Home Loans and Loan Against Property.
- Strategic in thought tactical in execution.
- Must have a tech mindset to product management
