Product Head - Health Insurance

Job Purpose -

Product Management throughout the Individual Health Product Lifecycle. Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company. Analyze business needs, current market trends. Assess current competitor offerings, seek opportunities for differentiation. Analyze support requirements and develop appropriate solutions and to ensure they're successfully implemented. Develop, implement, and maintain project timelines across multiple projects and departments. Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate new initiatives and go to-market plans

1. Product Support

- Supporting Sales team on Individual Health products and assisting them with enablers to grow the business.

- Supporting Sales team on Individual Health products with identification of white spaces and growth levers.

- Supporting sales team with product knowledge and business process inputs .

- Supporting the risk management team to frame guidelines that ensure improvement in business quality and quantity

- Regular product related reporting to business and internal stakeholders.

2. Product Management

- Project Management of various initiatives involving Individual Health and ensuring timely implementation

- Reviewing of system document and suggest modifications

- Maintaining and publishing the dashboard for all ongoing projects and initiatives and ensuring go live before the milestone date.

- Analyze end to end journey of Individual Health and suggest mitigations required to grow the business.

3. Product Development

- Project manage in developing and managing products from an idea level to system development and successful deployment.

- Relook and define processes to improve customer on boarding experience.

- Propose new innovative product features and ideas
